Bio: I am here to assist with all of your sports nutrition related needs. Whether you are looking to increase muscle mass, decrease body fat, recover more efficiently, or maximize performance through your meal plan - I can help! I have over 4 years of experience working with athletes and active individuals of all levels. I am well versed at individualizing nutrition education and meal plans to meet the needs of novice individuals, division I athletes, and everyone in between. I am open to working with every type of dietary restriction and meal schedule.

I specialize in helping clients meet body composition goals. Generally, these goals are to tone-up, build muscle, and decrease fat. My goal is to help the client understand why they should be eating certain macronutrients at certain times to reach their goals.
